IN-PERSON

Individual Sessions:

  • Work with a Mental Performance Coach to identify barriers to performance, and develop the skills to overcome them.

  • Regular assessments to evaluate progress, measure improvements, and identify areas for growth.

  • No commitment or contract required.

  • Option 1: $150 per 50 min session

    • private coaching session at our office.

    Option 2: $200 per hour

    • on-site private coaching session (game, practice, etc.) Additional fees may apply for distances further than 20 km from our office. Subject to availability.

Online

Individual Sessions:

    Coaching sessions take place virtually through video conferencing.

  • Regular assessments to evaluate progress, measure improvements, and identify areas for growth.

  • Virtual sessions are $150 per 50 minute session.
